Customer Interface
1. The customer will Start by using their cellphone to Scan the QR Code of a particular Deli Product. | ![]() |
2. The customer will be brought to the welcome screen. They will press Get Started | ![]() |
3. Next, the customer will select the location they are ordering from. They can press confirm | ![]() |
4. This will bring the customer to the product details of the Deli product they scanned. They can review Nutrition info and descriptions of the product. | ![]() |
5. The customer will now click the Order Now button to begin ordering this deli product | ![]() |
6. Next, they will be prompted for the Quantity and Thickness they would like to order. Once set, they can click Add To Cart. | ![]() |
7. This will bring the customer to their cart. From here they can Scan Another QR code or Submit | ![]() |
8. Scan Another will bring up the Camera to scan another code. Once scanned the customer will repeat steps X-X | ![]() |
9. When the customer has added all products to their cart they will click Submit | ![]() |
10. From here they can opt into SMS Updates if desired | ![]() |
11. If desired they will enter their cellphone number and click confirm | ![]() |
12. If they would not like SMS updates they will click No Thanks then confirm the submission of the order | ![]() ![]() |
13. This will bring the customer to the Order Status screen where they can track their order Received Status: Deli has received the order Preparing Status: The Deli has begun work on the order Order Inquiry Status: The Deli is requesting you come to the counter to speak with a store associate Ready Status: The Deli has completed the order and it is ready for pickup | Received![]() Preparing ![]() Ready ![]() |
